Section 1861.21 - Leases Discretionary with Respect to Any Particular School District(a) Subject to the provisions of these rules, and in particular to Section 1861.3 thereof, whether a lease shall be entered into with respect to any particular school district, and the provisions of said lease, are within the discretion of the Board.Cal.
