Section 58.11 - Notice of Settlement(a) The parties shall promptly notify the Appeals Division of any resolution that terminates a case assigned for hearing. The Appeals Division shall vacate all hearing dates upon receipt of a written request signed by all parties notifying the Appeals Division that the appeal or complaint, or personnel action has been withdrawn through settlement.Cal.
