Section 3408 - Vehicles

Employees must use state vehicles for official business only and as specifically authorized by the warden, superintendent, or regional parole administrator. Employees must not allow an incarcerated person to drive a vehicle on a public road, except in extreme emergency, and must report such instance to the employee's supervisor immediately following the emergency.
