Section 3405 - Legal Assistance to Incarcerated and Supervised Persons

Employees must not assist an incarcerated or supervised person in the preparation of any legal document, or give any form of legal advice or service, except as specifically authorized by the warden, superintendent or regional parole administrator. Employees should help incarcerated and supervised persons to find qualified assistance for their legal problems.
