Section 999.208 - Expiration of Certification(a) Once issued by the ERDS Program, the Vendor of ERDS Software Certificate shall remain in effect for a period of 3 years from the date of issuance unless one of the following occurs:(1) A letter of suspension is issued to the individual.(2) The individual withdraws their certification as a Vendor of ERDS Software.Cal.
