Section 5.3 - Payment of Fees, Assessments, and Penalties

Fees, assessments, and penalties payable to the Commissioner may be paid by means of check made payable to the order of "Commissioner of Business Oversight," or the "Department of Business Oversight." Such checks need not be certified.
