Rule 006.02.21-006 - Small Brewery Delivery Rule 2.65.1
Section 2.65.1Small Brewery Delivery. Small Brewery permit holders may deliver or cause to be delivered aicoholic beverages directly to the private residences of a consumer twenty-one years of age or older in a wet county or territorial subdivision in accordance with the Rules 3.22 through Rule 3.28.
