Rule 006.02.21-005 - Micro-brewery Restaurant Delivery Rule 2.58.1

Section 2.58.1Microbrewery-Restaurant Delivery. Microbreweiy Restaurant permit holders may deliver or cause to be delivered alcoholic beverages directly to the private residences of a consumer twenty-one years of age or older in a wet county or territorial subdivision in accordance with the Rules 3.22 through Rule 3.28.
