Rule 002.01.24-131 - 10.07 Harvest Information Program (HIP) Registration Required

It is unlawful to hunt migratory game birds in Arkansas without possessing on the person proof of valid Arkansas HIP registration.

EXCEPTIONS:

A. Youth hunters.

B. In compliance with Code 04.04 and Addendum B1.14.

PENALTY: Class 1
