Rule 002.01.24-130 - 10.03 Federal Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp Required

It is unlawful to hunt migratory waterfowl without first obtaining a valid Federal Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp.

EXCEPTIONS:

A. Youths.

B. In compliance with Addendum B1.14.

PENALTY: Class 1
