Section R4-21-204 - License IssuanceA. When the Board determines that an applicant meets all of the substantive criteria required by statute and this Chapter, the Board shall send the applicant a written notice informing the applicant that the Board shall issue the applicant a license when the applicant pays the license issuance fee required under R4-21-102(B).B. Under A.R.S. § 32-1725, if an applicant fails to pay the license issuance fee within 60 days after receiving notice under subsection (A), the Board considers the application withdrawn. An individual whose application is withdrawn can be further considered for licensing only by complying with R4-21-201 or R4-21-202.Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-21-204
