Section R2-7-F309 - Contract AwardA. The agency chief procurement officer shall award the contract to the offeror best qualified based on the evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposal and after making a written determination that the price is fair and reasonable. The agency chief procurement officer shall not award a contract based solely on price.B. The agency chief procurement officer shall make a written determination explaining the basis for the award and place it in the procurement file.C. The agency chief procurement officer shall award contracts pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-2513(B) through (D) where applicable.D. Within 3 days after contract award the agency chief procurement officer shall make the procurement file, including all offers, available for public inspection, redacting information that is confidential under R2-7-103.Ariz.
