Section 8 AAC 30.040 - Notification of termination of contract(a) If the state or a political subdivision of the state terminates a contract under those provisions of its contract required under AS 36.05.080, the state or political subdivision of the state shall notify the department within three working days.(b) Notification shall be in writing and contain the following information:(1) name of state agency or political subdivision of the state that awarded the contract;(2) name of state agency or political subdivision of the state that is terminating the contract;(3) contractor's name and address;(4) address of construction site;(5) job classification being underpaid;(6) wage rate required by contract;(7) wage rate actually being paid; and(8) proposed action to be taken to complete construction.Authority:AS 36.05.030
