Section 8 AAC 30.030 - Notification of withholding accrued payments(a) If the state or a political subdivision of the state withholds accrued payments under those provisions of its contracts required by AS 36.05.070(c)(4), the state or political subdivision shall notify the commissioner within three working days.(b) Notification shall be in writing and contain the following information: (1) name of state agency or political subdivision of the state that awarded the contract;(2) name of state agency or political subdivision of the state that is withholding accrued payments;(3) contractor's name and address;(4) address of construction site;(5) job classification being underpaid;(6) wage rate required by contract; and(7) wage rate actually being paid.Authority:AS 36.05.030
