Section 7 AAC 80.910 - Actual cost
(a) The actual cost of providing a service includes both the direct and indirect costs to the department of providing the service.
(b) The department will periodically compute the actual cost to the department of providing a service to ensure that the fees charged remain at or below the actual cost of providing the service.
