The department will establish by regulation, charge, and collect a reasonable fee for departmental services provided and inspections conducted under AS 44.29.020(a)(1) - (9); AS 47.10; AS 47.30.655-47.30.910 and AS 47.80.100-47.80.170.

In 1994 new AS 44.29.020(b) was enacted under sec. 16, ch. I I I, SLA 1994, and the statutory text already in existence was assigned to AS 44.29.020(a). As of Register 21 1 (October 20 14), the regulations attorney made a conformi ng technical revision under AS 44.62. I 25(b)(6), to 7 AAC 80.900, so that a cross-reference to former AS 44.29.020(1) - (9) would refer correctly to AS 44.29.020(a)(I) - (9).
