Section 7 AAC 54.070 - Disclosure of child protection information to guardian ad litem

When a recipient of or applicant for services is the subject of a court proceeding in which a guardian ad litem is appointed for that client, the department may release child protection information concerning the client to the client's guardian ad litem.
