Section 7 AAC 24.310 - Establishment of committee to assist in advisory council duties

As needed for it to perform its duties under AS 18.29.105(c), the advisory council may establish one or more committees. A committee may be composed of council voting members, council ex- officio members, and persons who are not council members. Only a voting member may chair a committee.
