Section 6 AAC 400.020 - Election district precincts established(a) The election district voting precincts are depicted on maps approved and adopted by the division of elections in the division's document titled Voting Precinct Maps, dated April 25, 2024 and adopted by reference.(b) If a portion of the boundary of a voting precinct as depicted as set out in (a) of this section also forms a portion of the boundary of the election district in which that precinct is located, and if there is an inconsistency between the depiction of that portion of the precinct's boundary and the depiction or description of that portion of the election district's boundary under 6 AAC 400.010, the depiction or description of the election district's boundary under 6 AAC 400.010 takes precedence.Eff. 7/1/2022, Register 244, January 2023; am 7/11/2024, Register 251, October 2024The division of elections Voting Precinct Maps, dated April 25, 2024 may be reviewed at the division of elections regional offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, Nome, Wasilla, and Kenai.
