Section 5 AAC 31.240 - Registration Area E shrimp vessel inspection and inspection points(a) Unless required by the commissioner under (b) of this section, a vessel fishing for shrimp in Registration Area E is not required to undergo an inspection, as specified in 5 AAC 31.030.(b) The commissioner may, by public announcement, require that vessels fishing for shrimp in Registration Area E be inspected as described in 5 AAC 31.030 before fishing.
