Section 20 AAC 40.375 - Equal employment opportunity(a) A grantee shall post in conspicuous places, accessible to employees and applicants for employment, at the location of the grantee's grant project, notices setting out the provisions of AS 18.80.220.(b) A grantee shall state, in solicitations or advertisements for employees to work on a grant project, that the grantee is an equal opportunity employer and that all qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, age, physical disability, sex, or marital status.(c) A grantee shall include the requirements of this section in the grantee's contracts and shall require compliance with those provisions in contracts entered into by the grantee's subcontractors.Eff. 10/24/2004, Register 172With Register 179, October 2006 and under the authority of AS 44.62.125, the regulations attorney changed obsolete terminology concerning persons with disabilities in conformity with ch. 25, SLA 2006.
