Section 20 AAC 30.515 - General eligibility(a) A school, school district, or nonprofit arts organization in the state may apply to the council for an artists in schools grant. If a nonprofit arts organization applies for an artist in schools grant, approval must be given in writing by the participating school or district.(b) An artist who demonstrates professional excellence may apply to the council to be included in the artists in schools teaching artist roster. Inclusion of the name of the artist in the artists in schools teaching artist roster does not guarantee the artist will be selected for a residency under the artists in schools program.Eff. 6/28/98, Register 146; am 9/7/2002, Register 163; am 7/1/2011, Register 198
