Section 2 AAC 12.630 - Initiation of debarment action(a) Written notice of a proposed debarment action shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last known address of the contractor or prospective contractor. This notice must(1) state that debarment is being considered;(2) set out the reasons for the action;(3) state that the contractor or prospective contractor may be represented by counsel.(b) Notice of proposed debarment must also be sent to the attorney general and the purchasing agency.Eff. 1/1/88, Register 104Authority:AS 36.30.040
