Section 18 AAC 76.260 - Disbursement of financial assistance(a) The department will make payments from the Alaska drinking water fund based on requests submitted on a form provided by the department if the requirements of 18 AAC 76.200 - 18 AAC 76.265 and the financial assistance agreement are met.
