Section 18 AAC 76.258 - Eligibility of expenditures

The department will use the fees specified in 18 AAC 76.257(a) for

(1) direct department costs, including

(A) salaries;

(B) equipment;

(C) travel; and

(D) professional service contracts;

(2) indirect department costs, including

(A) rent costs allocable to the program; and

(B) utility costs allocable to the program; and

(3) other eligible purposes as permitted by 42 U.S.C. 300 j - 12 (Safe Drinking Water Act: State Revolving Loan Funds).
