Section 18 AAC 15.150 - Public hearings(a) The department will determine whether to hold a public hearing on a certification application under 18 AAC 15.060(b).(b) If EPA holds a public hearing under 40 C.F.R. 124.12, that hearing, and the hearing under this section, will, when practicable, be held jointly.(c) If EPA does not hold a public hearing, the hearing under this section will be held no fewer than 30 days after notice of the hearing.
