Section 18 AAC 15.140 - Public notice(a) Public notice of the certification application will be published jointly with notice of the proposed action by EPA under 40 C.F.R. 124.10. The notice will include the information required by 18 AAC 15.050(b).(b) If the certification request involves a proposed modification to an NPDES permit for which EPA does not propose to issue public notice, the department will issue public notice in conformity with 18 AAC 15.050(b) within 10 days after receipt of the certification application.
