Section 17 AAC 28.025 - Operating requirements for longer busesBuses, including articulated buses, with length greater than forty feet, including equipment, must
(1) operate with headlights on at all times;(2) during operations on highways with two traveling lanes, allow queues of five or more following vehicles to pass at the first opportunity;(3) if multiple lanes are available, use the far right lane except when passing another vehicle or preparing for a left turn;(4) carry one blanket, measuring at least six feet by three feet, for each seat on the bus; and(5) carry two collapsible stretchers.Eff. 12/29/93, Register 128Authority:AS 19.05.020
