Section 15 AAC 150.700 - Time for submission of construction plans(a) The redeveloper must submit a construction plan to the Corporation no later than 30 days after the execution of the disposal agreement.(b) The redeveloper must submit corrected construction plans to the Corporation no later than 15 days after the date the redeveloper receives written notice of the Corporation's rejection of the construction plan.(c) In any event, the redeveloper shall submit completed and approved construction plans no later than 15 days after receiving the Corporation's first rejection of the original plans submitted.(d) If the Corporation rejects any construction plans, the Corporation will reject them within 15 days after their receipt by the Corporation.Eff. 5/7/93, Register 130Authority:AS 18.55.100(a)
