Section 15 AAC 150.690 - Time for execution of disposal agreement(a) The Corporation will not execute a disposal agreement for the purchase of a parcel of real property described in 15 AAC 150.600 until 45 days after the first date of newspaper publication of notice that the parcel is being offered for sale.(b) The Corporation will execute a disposal agreement no less than 10 days after the redeveloper is notified by the Corporation that it will be the party to whom the real property will be sold.Eff. 5/7/93, Register 130Authority:AS 18.55.100(a)
