The provisions of 15 AAC 150.600 - 15 AAC 150.780 and the most recent applicable HUD Urban Renewal Handbook that sets forth and implements provisions for the disposition and redevelopment of vacant real property will govern the procedures for the disposition of real property described in 15 AAC 150.600. These HUD procedures and regulations are incorporated by reference into 15 AAC 150.600 - 15 AAC 150.780.
