Section 15 AAC 150.600 - Disposition of real property acquired by and through the financial assistance of HUD

If the Corporation disposes of any vacant real property that was purchased and acquired by the Corporation under an urban renewal project or neighborhood development program receiving financial assistance from HUD, the Corporation will dispose of the property pursuant to 15 AAC 150.600 - 15 AAC 150.780. The provisions of 15 AAC 150.500 - 15 AAC 150.530 do not apply to property described in this section.
