Section 11 AAC 67.152 - Access

(a) An entryperson has the right to obtain reasonable access across state land to his homestead, including access for utility lines. However, the entryperson must apply to the director for approval of the access route, construction methods, and the schedule for its establishment.

(b) Before the plat of survey is approved under 11 AAC 67.146(a) (1), the director may, after consulting with the entryperson, issue permits, rights-of-way, or easements across the homestead under AS 38.05.850.
