Section 11 AAC 67.151 - Forms; falsification; record address(a) All filings with the department made under 11 AAC 67.142 - 11 AAC 67.155 must be made at the district office of the division of land and water management in the district where the homestead area is located.(b) Falsifying information on forms or in any other documents required under 11 AAC 67.138 - 11 AAC 67.155 is a substantial breach of the terms and conditions of the homestead entry permit, and in addition to any other penalties allowed by law is cause for revocation of the permit.(c) All filings made with the department in person by an applicant will be processed before filings made by mail or by an agent.(d) The entryperson shall notify the department in writing of any change in the entryperson's address of record filed under 11 AAC 67.144 for all correspondence mailed to the entryperson.
