Section 11 AAC 21.020 - Motorized vehicles

Authorization under 11 AAC 21.120 is not required for the use of motorized vehicles in the preserve, except that the landing of aircraft within the Critical Habitat Area is prohibited unless authorized by the director under 11 AAC 21.120.
