Section 11 AAC 21.015 - Use of weapons(a) The use and discharge of weapons for the purpose of lawful hunting or trapping is allowed in the preserve, except within one-quarter mile of a developed facility, or as otherwise provided in this section.(b) Target shooting is allowed only in areas posted by the division for target shooting.(c) Except within 300 feet of a developed facility, a person may discharge a bow and arrow in the preserve for the purpose of lawful hunting.Eff. 2/3/88, Register 105; am 5/5/2022, Register 242, July 2022Authority:AS 41.21.020
