Section 825-X-1-.03 - Meetings

(1) Regular Meetings. Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held at least every other month.

(2) Special Meetings. Special meetings of the Commission may be called by the President or Vice President, provided that notice of each such meeting is given as prescribed by these Operating Rules.

(3) Open Meetings. Each meeting of the Commission is open to members of the general public.

(4) Quorum. The presence of a simple majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum to transact business. The action of a majority of members present at a meeting at which a quorum is present shall be the act of the Commission.

(5) Voting. Each member shall have one vote. Voting by proxy is not permitted.

(6) Notice of Meetings. Notice of all meetings of the Commission shall be given to members, in writing, at least five (5) days before the date designated for such meeting. The notice shall specify the time and place for each meeting and, to the extent possible, the business to be bought before the Committee.
