Section 335-6-3-.04 - Preparation Of Plans, Specifications, And Technical Data

Unless specifically waived in writing by the technical staff, all plans, specifications, and other technical data for the construction of waste treatment facilities which are submitted to the technical staff for review shall be prepared by a professional engineer, presently registered to practice in the State and who is competent to perform work in this field of engineering.
