Section 335-6-3-.03 - Submission Of Plans

The submission of plans, specifications, and other technical data pursuant to § 22-22-9(h) of the AWPCA or any other order or directive of the Department relating to the construction of waste treatment facilities shall be in a form which is acceptable to the technical staff.
