Section 99-1-102 - Project components(a) The Deer Creek Reservoir Project consists of the following components: (ii) An emergency spillway; (iii) Outlet works consisting of a principal spillway and operating spillways; (v) Embankment instrumentation; (vi) Remote sensing and control features; (viii) Power supply facilities; (ix) Utility and road relocations as necessary to construct and implement the project; (x) A boat ramp, a parking area for the boat ramp area and an access road to the boat ramp; (xi) Appurtenances necessary to make the project complete and function in the manner intended.
