Section 9-5-113 - Capitol building rehabilitation and restoration project; design and construction execution(a) Notwithstanding W.S. 9-5-101 through 9-5-108, for all components of the project: (i) The state construction department shall be the primary fiscal and contracting agent;(ii) Level III design and construction shall proceed under the immediate direction and control of the governor in accordance with the provisions of W.S. 9-5-110 through 9-5-113;(iii) Repealed by Laws 2019, ch. 197, § 2.Amended by Laws 2019 , ch. 197, § 2, eff. 3/15/2019.Amended by Laws 2016 , ch. 105, § 3, eff. 7/1/2016.Added by Laws 2014 , ch. 40, § 1, eff. 3/6/2014.
