Section 9-23-103 - General duties(a) The department shall: (i) Develop and maintain approved lists of qualified architects, engineers and land surveyors for selection under this act; and(ii) Develop and administer notification procedures for obtaining professional services under this act.Renumbered from 9-2-1029by Laws 2020 , ch. 30, § 2, eff. 10/1/2020.
