Section 9-2-129 - Waiver of rules(a) The department may waive existing rules as necessary to carry out an innovative study under W.S. 9-2-128.(b) The department shall adopt rules specifying standards for a waiver under this section.Added by Laws 2019, ch. 175,§ 1, eff. 3/8/2019.
