Section 7-3-222 - Demand that accused be returned to this state; issuance of warrant(a) Upon receipt of an application as provided by W.S. 7-3-223, the governor of this state may demand a person charged with crime in this state, or with violation of parole, from the chief executive of any other state, or from the chief justice or an associate justice of the supreme court of the District of Columbia authorized to receive such demand under the laws of the United States.(b) The governor shall issue a warrant under the seal of this state, to some agent, commending him to receive the person so charged if delivered to him and convey him to the proper officer of the county in this state in which the offense was committed.
