Section 41-4-205 - State board of control; additional fees(a) The secretary of the board of control shall collect fees, not to exceed the following which shall be paid in advance, and turned over to the state treasurer: (i) For making copies of the records of the board of control or of papers or documents filed with the board, ten dollars ($10.00) for each page; (ii) For attaching certificate and seal of the board to each document or documents requested, ten dollars ($10.00).
