Section 34.1-1-106 - Use of singular and plural; gender(a) In this act, unless the statutory context otherwise requires: (i) Words in the singular number include the plural, and those in the plural include the singular; and(ii) Words of any gender also refer to any other gender.Amended by Laws 2015 , ch. 124, § 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
