Section 33-40-107 - Examination for license of occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants(a) Repealed by Laws 2016, ch. 104, § 2.(b) Each applicant for licensure under this act, shall be given a written examination on the basic and clinical sciences relating to occupational therapy, occupational therapy techniques and methods to determine the applicant's fitness to practice.
