Section 33-29-304 - Organization of board(a) The board shall meet as often as needed, but not less than four (4) times a year.(b) The board shall elect the following officers biennially to serve not more than two (2) consecutive terms: a chairperson, a vice chairperson and a secretary-treasurer.(c) Five (5) members of the board constitute a quorum.(d) The board is hereby transferred to the department of the state engineer under a Type 3 transfer as defined in W.S. 9-2-1707(b)(iii).Amended by Laws 2017 , ch. 76, § 1, eff. 7/1/2017.Added by Laws 2013 , ch. 11, § 1, eff. 7/1/2013.
