Section 31-7-202 - Definitions(a) As used in the Driver License Compact enacted in W.S. 31-7-201: (i) "Licensing authority" means the department of transportation; (ii) "Executive head" means the governor; (iii) "Head of the licensing authority" means the director of the department of transportation.
