Section 31-5-1501 - Definitions(a) As used in this act: (i) "Department" means the Wyoming department of transportation;(ii) "Director" means the director of the department of transportation;(iii) "Program" means the Wyoming motorcycle safety education program established under W.S. 31-5-1502;(iv) "This act" means W.S. 31-5-1501 through 31-5-1507.
